HOW DO I REDEEM MY COLLECTIBLE?

NFT Knox allows the redemption of any asset at any time. Should a wallet owner wish to take possession from our secure storage location, the following steps must be completed:

    REGISTRATION
  • Register the mailing address the asset should be sent to. You will be asked to fill out your name, physical address, phone number, and email for a three-factor authentication process (wallet address, phone number, and email). This registration step must be completed using the same wallet holding your NFTs* and using MetaMask
    • NFT TRANSFER & DESTRUCTION
  • Transfer the NFT you want to redeem to the NFT Knox Redemption address via the Polygon network. NOTE: NFT Knox will permanently destroy any redeemed NFT after mailing out the corresponding physical asset. Users will not have their NFT returned.
    • SHIPPING OPTIONS
  • STREAMLINED SHIPPING OPTION: Happy with our default shipping & insurance choices? There’s no further action. We’ll ship out your items in 3-5 business days! Once registration through Metamask is completed, you will receive the mailing address confirmation and shipment tracking number from support@nftknox.com.
    • OR
  • CUSTOM SHIPPING OPTION: Need custom shipping, insurance, or packaging? No problem. Once registration through Metamask is completed, you will receive the mailing address confirmation from support@nftknox.com with details over your redemption. Complete the following steps:
  • STEP 1: Respond to support@NFTknox.com with the following: preferred carrier if shipping within the US or Canada (FedEx, UPS, or USPS) shipping time frame(next-day air, express, or standard delivery) any insurance coverage associated with shipment based on the item’s sale price value. preferred delivery package (standard, no additional cost, or encased - $75 USD equivalent of MATIC)
  • STEP 2: In 24-hours, you’ll receive an email from support@nftknox.com with a total shipping cost calculation. Make payment to NFT Knox by way of MATIC or WETH transfer to the NFT Knox Redemption address**. We ship out your items within 3-5 business days and you’ll receive a shipment tracking number from support@nftknox.com.
